Invisible Orthodontics is a great choice because it is more aesthetic and comfortable for the patient. With traditional braces, metal wires and brackets are bonded to your teeth, which can be uncomfortable and cause skin irritation. Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners instead of metal wires so you can straighten your teeth without anyone noticing.

    Invisible Orthodontics

At Gisborne Dental, we offer a variety of state-of-the-art orthodontic treatments designed to give you the smile you’ve always wanted. One of our most popular options is invisible orthodontics.

Unlike traditional braces, which are conspicuous and can be uncomfortable, invisible orthodontics are nearly undetectable and very comfortable to wear. We offer two types of invisible orthodontics: clear aligners and lingual braces. Clear aligners are virtually invisible and can be removed for eating, drinking, and cleaning.

If you are considering orthodontic treatment, we encourage you to come in for a consultation so that we can discuss your options and help you choose the best treatment plan for your needs. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.

    Invisalign Clear Aligners

Invisalign is a type of orthodontic treatment that uses clear, removable aligners to gradually straighten teeth. The aligners are made from a smooth, comfortable material that is almost invisible when worn. Invisalign treatment is custom-designed for each patient, which means that the aligners are specifically tailored to fit your individual teeth.

The treatment process begins with a consultation with an orthodontist, who will determine whether Invisalign is right for you. If you decide to move forward with treatment, the orthodontist will take impressions of your teeth and create a digital model of your smile. From there, the orthodontist will develop a personalised treatment plan that outlines the movements of your teeth during treatment.

Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks before being replaced with the next set in the series. Your teeth will gradually shift into their correct positions as you progress through treatment. Most patients finish Invisalign treatment within 12-18 months, though this can vary depending on the individual case. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign aligners are removable, which means that you can eat whatever you want and brush and floss normally.

If you’re considering Invisalign, the best way to find out if it’s right for you is to consult with an orthodontist. They will be able to assess your individual needs and determine whether Invisalign is the best treatment option for you.

    What is an Invisible Toothbrush?

An invisible toothbrush is a type of toothbrush that uses high-frequency sound waves to remove plaque from teeth. The sound waves create vibrations that loosen plaque and bacteria from the surface of teeth. Invisible toothbrushes are not available in stores and can only be obtained from a dentist.

They are more expensive than regular toothbrushes, but they are more effective at removing plaque and bacteria. Studies have shown that invisible toothbrushes are more than twice as effective as regular toothbrushes at reducing plaque and bacteria. Invisible toothbrushes are good for people who have trouble brushing their teeth effectively or for people who want to avoid using chemical-based mouthwashes.

When Should I Get Fixed Braces Instead Of Invisalign?

Many people believe that braces are only for children and teenagers. However, adults can also benefit from orthodontic treatment. Invisalign is a popular option for adults because it is virtually invisible and can be removed for eating and brushing.

However, there are some cases where fixed braces may be the better option. If you have severe misalignment or gaps in your teeth, Invisalign may not be able to provide the necessary correction.

Fixed braces are also a good option for people who have a hard time keeping up with the required hygiene for Invisalign. If you are considering orthodontic treatment, be sure to consult with an experienced dentist or orthodontist to find out which option is right for you.

At Gisborne Dental, we believe that orthodontic treatment is important for both children and adults. Straight teeth not only look great, but they also function better. In addition, straight teeth are easier to clean, which can help to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

For children, orthodontic treatment can also improve speech development and reduce the risk of traumatic injury to the teeth. For adults, orthodontic treatment can improve chewing function and alleviate joint pain. In addition, many adults find that treatment helps to boost their confidence and self-esteem.

At Gisborne Dental, we offer a wide range of orthodontic treatment options, from traditional braces to clear aligners. We will work with you to find the best solution for your individual needs. Contact us today to book a consultation.

What is the Cost of Invisalign?

At Gisborne Dental, the cost of Invisalign treatment varies depending on the individual case. However, as a general guide, patients can expect to pay from $4500 to $7000 (Prices are indicative only) for Invisalign treatment.

This price includes the cost of the initial consultation and all subsequent appointments and treatments. Invisalign is an increasingly popular alternative to traditional braces, and at Gisborne Dental, we are proud to offer this state-of-the-art treatment to our patients.

If you are interested in learning more about Invisalign or would like to find out if it is right for you, please contact our office to schedule a consultation. We would be happy to answer any of your questions and help you determine if Invisalign is the best treatment option for you.
